Harbor Pines is 118 homes wrapped around a shared green, a kettle pond, and a stand of old pitch pines. This site is where the community keeps its notices, its paperwork, and its people straight.

Announcements

Pool hours extended through Labor Day

By popular request, the Harbor Pines pool and sundeck will stay open until 8:00 pm on weekends through September 7. Weekday hours remain 10:00 am–7:00 pm. Lifeguards on duty at all times the gate is unlocked.

Fall Beautification Day: volunteers needed

Join your neighbors on Saturday, September 19 to mulch the entry beds, refresh the trail markers, and clean up around the pond. Meet at the clubhouse at 9:00 am. Coffee and donuts provided by the Grounds Committee.

Architectural review required before fence or deck work

A reminder that any exterior change, including fencing, decking, sheds, or paint color, needs a signed Architectural Request Form on file before work begins. Turnaround is typically two weeks. Form is available in the Documents section below.

    Community pool & sundeck

    Heated May through September, with a shallow end for little ones and a shaded pergola for the rest of us.

  2. 02

    Clubhouse & event room

    Reservable for birthdays, board meetings, and the annual holiday potluck. Kitchen and folding tables included.

  3. 03

    Pickleball & tennis courts

    Two resurfaced courts, striped for both games. Sign-up sheet is posted on the clubhouse corkboard.

  4. 04

    Walking trails & dune overlook

    A mile and a half of packed-gravel path looping past the pond, with a bench at the overlook for watching the sky do its thing.

  5. 05

    Kayak launch

    A small dock on the inlet side of the pond for residents' kayaks and paddleboards. Rack space by sign-up, first come first served each spring.

  6. 06

    Playground & tot lot

    Fenced, shaded, and resurfaced last spring. Right next to the pavilion so grown-ups can keep an eye on things.

  • Autopay enrollment: available once the portal launches; sign-up form will be posted here.
