Join your neighbors on Saturday, September 19 to mulch the entry beds, refresh the trail markers, and clean up around the pond. Meet at the clubhouse at 9:00 am. Coffee and donuts provided by the Grounds Committee.
A reminder that any exterior change, including fencing, decking, sheds, or paint color, needs a signed Architectural Request Form on file before work begins. Turnaround is typically two weeks. Form is available in the Documents section below.
What's here
Scroll to walk the loop. Each stop marks itself on the plan as you reach it.
Heated May through September, with a shallow end for little ones and a shaded pergola for the rest of us.
Reservable for birthdays, board meetings, and the annual holiday potluck. Kitchen and folding tables included.
Two resurfaced courts, striped for both games. Sign-up sheet is posted on the clubhouse corkboard.
A mile and a half of packed-gravel path looping past the pond, with a bench at the overlook for watching the sky do its thing.
A small dock on the inlet side of the pond for residents' kayaks and paddleboards. Rack space by sign-up, first come first served each spring.
Fenced, shaded, and resurfaced last spring. Right next to the pavilion so grown-ups can keep an eye on things.
Keep on file
Every homeowner has access to the same paperwork. These are demo links. A live site would connect to the association's document library.
