Massapequa, Long Island · Family-run since 1987

The oven hasn't gone cold since Rosalia lit it.

Hand-stretched dough, San Marzano tomatoes, and a 900°F brick oven that's been in the same corner of the dining room for three generations. No shortcuts, no rolling pins, just flour on the hands and fire in the back.

Our Story

Rosalia's promise

In 1987, Rosalia Belmonte talked her way into a bank loan with nothing but a family recipe and a promise to pay it back in pizza. She kept it. Thirty-plus years later, her grandchildren still hand-stretch every pie the same way she taught them at the kitchen table, and the brick oven she had bricklayer Sal Marino build into the back wall hasn't gone cold since the day it was lit.

We're still a family kitchen first. If you don't see your order come out of the same oven your neighbor's did, something's wrong.
